Enel Health®

The foundation

Everything we publish rests on this.

Health is the most personal thing there is, and the search for answers about it tends to create more worry than it settles. The tabs multiply. The voices all seem to want something from you. We built the Ēnel libraries and atlases because we had lived that too many times, and because we came to believe no one should have to.

Where this began

The decision made at the point of exhaustion.

The supplement and wellness space can be difficult to navigate because information is often fragmented, inconsistent, or tied to products and brands. Research exists, but many studies are small, conducted under controlled conditions, and may not fully reflect how people actually use supplements in everyday life.

As a result, individuals often need to review many sources before making a decision, yet still feel uncertain about the conclusions. Real-world factors such as missed doses, lifestyle habits, and combining multiple products are rarely captured in research, creating gaps between evidence and practice.

This leaves many people trying to make important health decisions without clear, practical guidance that reflects real-life experiences.

A note from the founder

Why I built these.

I built these because I have lived this problem, for years, and in my own family. What I wanted and never found was a single place I could put my faith in. Not a feed, not a store, not another voice with something to sell. A reference that had already done the hundreds of hours of looking, sorted the best of the internet from the worst, and would tell me the truth even when the truth was that nobody really knows yet.

That is what these libraries and atlases are. They exist so you can widen your whole view of your health, whether you are trying to live longer, live better, or find your way back after illness or injury. We built them for you, and for ourselves, and for our families, in equal measure. My hope is a simple one: that these pages bring you comfort instead of worry, and give you, in the first tab you open, the answer you came for.
