Now live · The Ēnel Constellation

Your health, mapped as a living constellation.

You're at the center, everything measured around you. Every link carries its own evidence grade, so you can see how well the science backs what you're doing.

What's live today is a sample experience built around two illustrative members, Maya and Lee. Your own full, personal constellation unlocks with an Ēnel membership.

What it is

The visual layer of your Ēnel membership.

An Ēnel account already brings your labs, wearable readings, logged protocols, communities, and care team together. The Constellation turns that account into a single, explorable map.

You're the center.

Your portrait sits in the middle of the map, and everything connected to you, measures, protocols, goals, people, radiates outward from it.

Every claim carries its evidence.

Each link on your map gets a grade from 0 to 5, and the weak ones are shown, not hidden.

Color carries meaning.

Cool tones mark clinical data. Warm tones mark people and community.

Red means one thing.

It's reserved for a documented interaction to be careful about, so when you see it, you stop and look.

The pain, then the relief

Scattered data becomes one honest map.

  • Your health data lives in five different places: a wearable app, a lab portal, a notes file, a group chat, none of them talking to each other.

The Constellation pulls all of it into one map tied to your account.

  • A lab result like ApoB 96 is just a number. It doesn't tell you what to do.

On the map, that number shows its status, the habits linked to it, and the goal it’s tied to.

  • Everything online sounds confident. Real evidence is hard to tell from a good story.

Every claim carries an honest grade, 0 to 5. Weak evidence fades instead of disappearing.

  • Risky combinations are easy to miss until it's too late.

A documented interaction shows up in one reserved red, impossible to filter away.

  • Health can feel like something you manage alone.

Your care team and communities sit on the same map as your labs.

  • Most dashboards dump everything on you the moment you open them.

Your map opens with your own world first, about forty nodes, and the full library waits until you ask for it.

Maya

34 · Longevity and metabolic health

Maya's map centers on the measures she tracks (ApoB, HbA1c, HRV, VO2 max), a protocol built around creatine, omega-3, a daily synbiotic, and a consistent eating window, and goals tied to a lower ApoB and a stronger sleep score. Dr. Ross, her physician, and two communities, the Circadian Reset Cohort and the Longevity Forum, sit on the same map as the data.

What the map reveals

ApoB sits on her watch list, flagged by Dr. Ross, and when Maya looks into a new metabolic peptide, the map draws a single red line back to berberine in her history, the one thing to raise with her doctor first.

Lee

29 · Performance and recovery

Lee's map centers on the measures he tracks (VO2 max, HRV, grip strength, sleep score), a protocol built around creatine, cold plunge, sauna, and a consistent eating window, and three peptides he's weighing for recovery: BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c. Marcus, his coach, and two communities, the Peptide Protocol Circle and the Longevity Forum, sit on the same map as the data.

What the map reveals

Most of Lee's field reads calm and strong, with sleep score standing out as his one watch-list measure. The peptides he's weighing carry low evidence grades, and the map doesn't dress them up: their collars read faint. A note from Dr. Ross asking for imaging before BPC-157 travels with that node wherever he goes.

Maya and Lee share a library. They share a few protocols, even a physician. Their sample constellations still look nothing alike. A real member's map is built the same way, from their own data.

What it reveals

Patterns you would not see in a spreadsheet.

  • How one thing leads to another: a protocol connects to a measure, a measure connects to a goal.

  • Where your attention belongs: watch-list measures stand apart from the rest.

  • What's worth trusting: the evidence grade separates the well supported from the unproven, at a glance.

  • What to be careful about: a documented interaction shows up in the one reserved red and can't be filtered away.

  • What you share with the people around you: a contact or community can surface a protocol, a goal, or an interest you didn't know you had in common.

How it connects to your membership

What your membership looks like when you can see all of it.

What's live today at the demo is Maya's and Lee's sample constellations, fixed and shared with every visitor. Your own constellation is different: it builds itself from your labs, wearable readings, logged protocols, communities, and care team, and it unlocks when you become an Ēnel member.

The evidence on your map comes from the same libraries that grade every claim across the rest of the site. What you see here agrees with what Ēnel says everywhere else.

Click into any node and you land on the deeper record behind it: the sources, the studies, the regulatory status. The map grows as your membership grows.

Ēnel is the arbiter. The Constellation is how you explore what it knows about you.
